another run on a hot day

It is so hot here, but yesterday I managed to run over three miles...literally I thought I was going to die, it was so hot! OMG! anyways, when it's hot outside one should really not run, it's not smart or you could get very ill, but yeah that was the beginning of my training! YAY ME!
